First step
| 1. Inform your cord blood collection coordinator about the beginning of the delivery. |
| 2. Take with you a consent for cord blood collection (Contract Annex No. 2-3/or other). |
| 3. Consent should be given to your midwife or your doctor. |
| 4. Cord blood collection is performed by medical staff. |
| 5. Inform us about the end of delivery and cord blood collection kit ready for transportation. |
| 6. Transportation is coordinated by Stem cell bank (depends on the city and delivery date). |
